*In View*, a nationwide educational television programming series hosted by legendary journalist and former CNN host, Larry King, produced an educational segment on the contingent workforce issues faced by companies in manufacturing and distribution.

Louis Flory, President and CEO of Effex, was profiled as he shared the flaws he discovered within the traditional staffing model and how he re-invented the trade.
